Zumba® is a cardio/fitness workout that targets the core, tones and sculpts the body and TORCHES CALORIES! Lunges, arm-toning isolations and crunches (while standing) are incorporated into the moves. Your energy level will soar!
Mentally, a class will relieve stress, you will stimulate your brain by learning coordination and you will feel more confident in your body. You will feel energized, build self-confidence and self-esteem. You will make new friends, plus, you'll learn some seriously badass dance floor moves!
Zumba® is an EXERCISE PARTY!
Zumba® is "Exercise in Disguise." You will have so much fun, you’ll forget you’re actually burning 500 – 1000 calories per class! The music is a fun and invigorating mix of Latin and high energy pop songs.
ZumbaZonePLUS 45 minute classes are specifically created for plus size people, seniors and for those who simply want a slower/lower impact class. Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be plus size or a senior, we have all types of people in our classes. (Except the super fit - regular Zumba® Classes would be more appropriate) We’ve created easy to follow, lower impact, Zumba® routines that alternate between fast and slow songs to ensure every body can keep up. (you can even do a modified version while sitting in a chair!) The class starts begins and ends with warm-up and cool-down stretching.
All participants agreed to be video taped. Regular classes will NOT be video taped or photographed.
